Changing Permalink Structure

    Hello, I would like to change the permalink structure of posts on my website.

    The current permalink structure is:

    YYYY/MM/DD/CATEGORY/POSTNAME

    I want to change it to

    CATEGORY/POSTNAME-POSTIDHOUR

    I want someone to tell me how to change it without my current posts going 404 on me.
