# Changing payment method greyed out

 * When you go to checkout as a guest and try to change the payment methods, the
   sidebar stays grey and you’re not able to switch to another method.
 * All plugins, themes and WordPress + WooCommerce are up to date.

 * I understand that you’re unable to change payment methods on your site when checking
   out as a guest.
 * Can you please share if this is happening to guest checkout only? Or, this happens
   even to logged-in customers on your site?
 * I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary
   information below for us to investigate the issue further:
    - **System Status Report** which you can find via `WooCommerce > Status > Get
      system report > Copy for support`.
    - **Fatal error logs** (if any) under **WooCommerce > Status > Logs**.
