 * Hello,
 * When a payment is done via Stripe connect, the order status shows as “processing”
   even though the payment is automatically completed: [https://snipboard.io/E9MGYI.jpg](https://snipboard.io/E9MGYI.jpg).
   How can I change this that it shows as “completed”?
 * When a payment is done via PayPal standard, the order status shows as “pending
   payment” even though the payment is automatically completed: [https://snipboard.io/HbO3EI.jpg](https://snipboard.io/HbO3EI.jpg)
   How can I change this that it shows as “completed”?
 * Best,
    Chris

 * Hi [@pleazo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pleazo/),

 * This commonly happens when PayPal (via IPNs) is unable to communicate with your
   site to inform that a payment has been completed. Thus, WooCommerce does not
   change the order status. Kindly go through the guide on debugging IPN issues,
   item by item, to work through the issue: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#debugging-ipn-issues](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#debugging-ipn-issues)

 * For this one, you will want to get in touch with the Stripe Connect plugin authors
   for further assistance. Our [Stripe extension](https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/)
   does not currently have Stripe connect: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#does-this-extension-support-stripe-connect](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#does-this-extension-support-stripe-connect)
 * Thanks.
