Changing one button color

  • Hello everyone, I am attempting to discover the code for changing a navbutton at the top of my webpage.

    The website:
    http://www.simplyyourdesigns.com/

    Now as you can see the button for the community doesn’t stand out, and I am attempting to change it to this color:

    #FFEC3E

    Now I have been searching really hard for this bit of code that I need to modify, but I have had no such luck. Help is always appreciated.

    Thanks a ton

  • If you are trying to change the text on the button it is
    `#nav a {
    color: #FFEC3E;
    display: block;
    font-size: 1em;
    font-weight: bold;
    padding: 12px 17px;
    text-decoration: none;
    }
    in the style.css file. Change the color property. as I did above.

    You should make these king of changes with a child theme.
