[resolved] Changing number of columns on front page (9 posts)

    HI. My theme gridster Lite should have 3 columns on homepage but mine has
    4, how can I change it back to 3, have been trying all evening. Help would be very kindly appreciated

    Hi,

    in your child themes CSS file, try changing the .poste to a percentage as follows;

    .poste {
    width: 30.69%;
    margin: 0 1.32% 22px 1.32%;
    }

    this is what it reads

    .poste {
    background-color: white;
    text-align: center;
    width: 30.69%; margin: 0 1.32% 22px 1.32%;
    }
    min-height:228px;
    border-bottom:5px solid #ECEDED;
    position:relative;
    margin-bottom:22px;
    display: inline-block;
    vertical-align: top;
    }

    Some slight errors in the code you posted above, try;

    .poste {
    float: left;
    background-color: white;
    text-align: center;
    width: 30.69%;
    margin: 0 1.32% 22px 1.32%;
    min-height:228px;
    border-bottom:5px solid #ECEDED;
    position:relative;
    margin-bottom:22px;
    display: inline-block;
    vertical-align: top;
    }
