Changing my Instagram link

    I’ve recently changed my instagram account name from ragnarock2019 to ragnarockbrewing, thus, changing the hyperlink and messing up the redirect from my website to my instagram. I thought I had it figured out when I opened up the “Ultimate Social Icons and Share Plugin” and changed the redirect from my old link to my new. Any help and guidance would be appreciated!

    Hi Sam, thank you for your question! To change your Instagram link, please go to Question 2 in the plugin and update the link to your account under Instagram settings, in a format https://instagram.com/ragnarockbrewing

    Hello, we had tried swapping out the old ‘2019’ with ‘brewing’ (never changed anything else) in option two but nothing changed. I’m not sure if it was an updating issue but after clicking the ig icon on the homescreen it would simply lead us to the broken link of ragnarock2019 instagram rather than the newly created ragnarock brewing

    If changes don’t get reflected on your website, could you please try clearing the cache? By that, I mean…

    – The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
    – Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

    Please also let us know your website url to check the issue.
