changing my existing Default permalinks to Post-Name permalinks

    I have a WordPress blog at http://www.candh.com.sg/regulations. I have tried changing my existing Default permalinks to Post-Name permalinks but without success. Everytime I tried to change the existing permalinks to Post-Name, my existing posts will show errors whenever they are clicked. Please advice what I should do.

    I have tried changing the permission of .htaccess file to 666 and now I have converted all my posts to Post-name permalinks successfully. I have also changed it back to 644. Problem resolved. Thanks
