changing “meta” links

  • I have a new installation and their are some links under “meta” like “site admin” and “logout”. There are also a few other tags like XFN that I would like to remove. How do I go about removing these links and/or managing them.

    So I am correct in assuming that there is not place to “manage” them in the control panel. I thought I was going out of my mind not able to find them. Thank you for the help.

    look in your public_html/wp-content/themes/default directory, I think it was the sidebar.php……near the bottom you will see what to take out between the

you certainly can “manage” them, though not from the admin panel. Just in the plain old way: open the file in an editor and do whatever you wish. You can also style them through style.css.
