Changing HTML

    Hi,
    I am running a notification bar across the top of my website (www.thelawstudentswife.com) that prompts users to subscribe to an email list. The notification bar is a plug in. I have the cookies set so that if a user clicks to close the bar, it won’t appear for 14 days. However, my WP Super Cache is interfering. The bar reappears EVERY time a new page is clicked. Even if a user closes it.

    I would like to update my WP Super Cache settings so that it doesn’t reload ALL of the HTML from the cache and the bar will stay closed. HELP!
