How do i change the hover color!?

    I would like to change the hover color of the links on my website and also the links on the navigation bar.

    The website is http://www.kahlerconstruction.com

    I want the links to hover that yellow color in the top right corner you can see by the social media buttons. The HEX code should be #fcc50f

    Please someone help ASAP I cannot figure this out at all and really need it to be done! Thanks
