 * You need to be more specific with your question. The topic is titled “changing
   homepage” so I’m guessing you want to do just that. You don’t need to edit any
   files. It should be an option in your admin menu (if your have wp 2.1). Poke 
   around and learn where everything is back there.
 * If you need to change the style of your website, that should be done all with
   your css stylesheet (style.css).
