    Thank you kindly for a beautiful theme.

    On the flash default theme how do I change the Header Slider Call to action (cta) button, inside box colour to black with white coloured text? (Currently you have transparent colour with black text, black border). So when you hover over it, it will then change to transparent inner box colour with black writing & black border.

    Essentially I would like the button to be the complete opposite of what the flash default cta button is now on each slider. I just downloaded a fresh template.

    If additional css is required could you please list here?

    Much appreciate your hard work and diligence in replying!

  • Hey,

    You may go to your Dashboard > Pages > FT: Slider. Edit the Slider. Go to the Widget Styles > Links Color. Choose the any link color. This will change the text color. Unfortunately, option for the background-color is not yet given.

    You may use additional CSS for this. You may go to your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Add this to the Additional CSS:

    .tg-slider-widget .btn-wrapper {
        background-color: black;
    }

    If this does not bring the result you wished, please do give your site URL so that we can inspect and give you the exact solution.

    Good Day,
    Best Regards.

    Hey Sabina,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I found a solution!

    In Appearance > customise > additional CSS I simply reversed your template code colours around a bit namely for .btn-wrapper a{background:#313b48;colour:#fff;border-colour:#313b48} and btn-wrapper a:hover{background:#fff;colour:#313b48;border-colour:#313b48}. Bingo it works! Love it!

    Also could you tell me in the Header title how to change the subheading to all uppercase letters or all lowercase letters? In English the
    Uppercase and lowercase words in a sentence looks odd. Thank you!

    Hey,

    Glad to know you solved it. Great work! 😀

    Also, about the second query could you clarify more about which subheading and if possible send us an screenshot and site URL?

    We will try to reach you soon.

    Good Day,
    Best Regards.

    It’s ok..I found it! For anyone else wanting to know..

    Appearance > theme editor… line 1947 changed from capitalise to lowercase. So the subheading in the slider title is all lowercase now.

    Cheers!

    Hey,

    Good to know you solved it. For future reference it is risky to change via Theme Editor also it gets overwritten when specific theme is updated. It is always better to use child theme or Additional CSS in these cases. If you have further query regarding our theme we are happy to help.

    Good Day,
    Best Regards

    could you please post the additional css needed for changing the uppercase / lowercase issue? in default mode it automatically changes all first letters to uppercase and lives the rest in lower case. I would like to change it to case sensitive. Is this possible?
    Thanks!
