 * My client is really unhappy with the responsive theme he has on his wordpress
   site. He believes it’t losing him customers and he would like to not use a responsive
   theme and use the same theme — only without the changing menu and structure on
   mobile devices.
 * He is currently using the swift_responsive_layout
 * How can I change that so that it does not change the page layout on mobile devices?

 * In general, you’d have to redo the CSS so it doesn’t resize – sometimes that’s
   simple and sometimes not – depends on how the theme is coded. Since that’s a
   commercial theme, you should ask the developer about it – we don’t have access
   to commercial theme – one reason they are not supported here.

 * I can edit CSS, but I generally make websites doing Dreamweaver. And I’ve been
   looking at line 19:
 * `<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">`
 * It seems to me this is what enables the responsive part of the CSS. Can I simply
   pull the site into Dreamweaver and comment out that line without WordPress putting
   it back?
