    Hi,

    new to WordPress and have a site on my own domain at a third party host. Using the lite version now and really don’t like the font. How can I change it?

    Thank you!

    Does bumping work? Still have no idea how to change fonts.

    thank you!

    Hi,

    Same question here, same level of knowledge.

    The Lato font used does not have the letter č, which I really need for the website in question.

    Thanks

    OK. Got it myself.

    Changed the line:
    font-family: ‘Lato’, sans-serif !important;
    in both style.css and rtl.css

    to:
    font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif !important;

    The downside to making the changes to the files is that you will lose those changes when the theme updates.

    Generally you want to create a child theme so that you don’t lose changes like that.

    As Andrew asked, change the font to what from what? What in particular would you like to change? Is it the comments, titles, body text?

    I did a quick search and found 42 matches in 8 files using font-family. They all didn’t use the same fonts, so please provide a little more information/feedback as to what you would like changed. 🙂

    I still haven’t figured it out. The best i seemed to be able to do was download a plugin that will handle the fonts for me.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    What plugin are you using? and what is the language you want to translate it to?

    Best regards,
    Alexandra

    I am looking at changing the font of the page ‘body’.
    The text editor allows changing colors, however, the font type is only limited to preset ‘header 2′ header 3’ ‘header 4’ ‘paragraph’
    I guess I could do a lot more with a powerful text editor for pages.

    Is there a user friendly simple to install plugin that could solve my problem? Or anything else for that matter.

    Seeking expert comments…any help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t support this customization and, as much as I would love to help with some custom code, this is beyond the support offered for our products, which consists of bug fixing and theme documentation.

    Regards,
    Alexandra
