    I am trying to change way the FAQ page looks and I am unable to find the proper CSS file that adjusts the size and color of the text.

    I modified the shortcodes.php to use h5 instead of h2 for the questions. You may also define styles in the q-a-plus.css file. For example, I turned off the underline and indented the questions to make them stand out more from the category title with:

    .qa-faq-anchor {
             text-decoration: none;
             margin-left: 20px;
    }

    .qa-faq-answer {
             margin-left: 20px;
    }

    Now, off to figure out how to hide the number next to the category in the shortcode, before I edit that in php too! :)
