    If you look at my home page on my website where I have the upcoming events listed in a widget in the right sidebar, the font size of the events is larger than most anything on the page, making it the most prominent thing you see. Can you give me a CSS code to change the font size and color for this element? I don’t use black text anywhere on the site, yet the events widget is all black text. I changed the font size of the recent posts widget just above the events widget to help in balancing it all out, but IMHO, it still jumps out at you.

    thanks.

    Hi!

    .tribe-list-widget .tribe-events-list-widget-events h4 a {
        /* Custom rules */
    }

    Perhaps using a selector such as the one above would help you?

    Hey there! This thread has been inactive for a while so we’re going to go ahead and mark it Resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if any other questions come up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Hello… I know this topic is marked resolved, but I need help with the same issue. In my Events widget, the font is showing up too large. As suggested above, I put the customization code in my theme, but I do not see any change in font size…

    .tribe-list-widget .tribe-events-list-widget-events h4 a {
    /* Custom rules */
    }

    Can anyone give me some other pointers? Thanks!

    I assume you changed the “Custom Rules” in the code to what you needed it to be? If not…here is what I added to my Additional CSS via the customizer…

    .tribe-list-widget .tribe-events-list-widget-events h4 a {
    color: blue;
    font-size: 14px;
    }

    In order to change the font size, change the 14px to whatever size you would like. 14px fits my theme and blends in well with the font sizes of other widgets and text on the page.

    Hope this helps.
