 * Hi, I’m using the Harmonic theme. Having some trouble with it, because I’m trying
to build a website for a hair salon. The site is [http://www.shuku2salon.ca](http://www.shuku2salon.ca)
and we want it to be a black and white theme, but I need to make the texts a
white or greyish colour and can’t seem to find a way to change font colours for
the links on the side (which I can’t even figure out how to make into actual
links) and the titles/headers whatever you call them.
 * Also, at the bottom of the page it says: Proudly powered by WordPress | Theme:
Harmonic by WordPress.com. I believe on some sites I saw from WP, people manage
to get rid of this. How is that possible? I would like to be able to instead
put contact info for the salon and links to twitter, youtube, etc…
 * If anyone could please help 🙂

 * Hi there! Are you wanting to set your site up like [the demo’s front page](https://harmonicdemo.wordpress.com/)?
Or is the layout you have right now the one you’re going to use?
 * If you want to use the front page demo look, there are some steps to do to get
that setup first. To do that, create a new page and call it Front Page or Home(
or whatever works for you), then while still in the page editing screen set the
Page Template to Front Page. Next to go Appearance > Customize > Static Front
Page. Choose A static page and select your new page in the dropdown menu, then
save. Then if you go to Theme Options (also in Customize) you’ll see the areas
to setup for the Front Page.
_ (If you want to keep the layout you have now,
   skip the above directions.)
 * For the links: You could create the links you’re adding in the right sidebar
by adding a Custom Menu widget to your sidebar. Create a menu under Appearance
   > Menus, then when you add the widget you can select that menu to display where
ever you place in one of your widget areas (like the sidebar).
 * Let me know if you plan to keep the current layout or use the front page like
the demo and I can pop back in with some more help specific to what you’re doing!
   🙂
