Changing font color of site description/locating CSS

  • Hi –

    I am trying to change the color of the site description (tag line) so that it is different from the site title. I know how to do it in CSS but every time I try it seems to be overridden by something else & does not work. I can change the font size and other things but not the color.

    I used the Inspect Element feature in my browser and it says the CSS is located “inline” on “Line 27” – I have looked through several files and I can’t find it anywhere. Would appreciate if someone could tell me where to find this. Thanks!

    element { Inline:27
    }
    .site-title a, .site-title a:hover, .site-description {
    color: rgb(215, 244, 22);
    }
