 * Yes, there is. In the WordPress administration section, select the “Settings”
   link, then the “Reading” link to see a screen displayed where you can indicate
   what page you want to be displayed as the “front” page.
 * Other (more complicated) approaches can be used for other circumstances, and 
   they are described n the WordPress documentation ([http://codex.wordpress.org](http://codex.wordpress.org)),
   but the way described above should work in most situations, and is the easiest
   way to handle this.
