# Changing Existing Theme

 * Hi,
 * I started my WP blog nearly a month back. I am currently using “Shaped Theme”.
   I wish to change the theme to another one. My question is I have already done
   some sort of customization and written a few posts and If I wish to change the
   theme then what happens to my existing data – Posts, Pictures, and Comments?
 * Looking forward to hearing detailed answers.

 * Any posts with media will stay it just may look different with a new theme. But
   no changes to your content will be done other than the look and feel

 * Use the Customizer to preview your site with other themes. It won’t change what
   your visitor sees until you Publish that change.
