Changing Domains & This Plugin

    I used this plugin to move my current domain to https which worked great.

    I’m in the process of rebranding & wanting to 301 to a new domain then move that new domain to https.

    If I do this should I disable this plugin first then 301 to the new domain then reinstall this to 301 the new domain to https?

    The new domain will be an expired domain so I won’t be able to 301 directly to https.

    If you temporarily need to have your site on http, then yes, you should deactivate it. The site will return to http. Then you can change to your new domain. Don’t forget to clear your browser cache.
