Changing default site title, not working via WordPress settings

    My website http://nuisbe.org for some reason loads “NU ISBE” as the title just on the home page. In all the WordPress and Theme settings I have it set so that it’s supposed to load “ISBE | Institute for Student Business Education”, and that loads on every page except the home page. I am not sure where else I need to modify this in order for the change to appear.
