 * How do I change the background colour? Very frustrating it says in the plugin
   description you can do this, yet I can’t find anywhere to make such a simple 
   modification? I need an answer urgently please I’m working to a deadline for 
   a client site. Thank you

 * The layout has a primary color which you can change, there’s a color picker at
   the bottom of each plan. Not ALL the color can be changed, it is a design choice,
   to ensure the pricing table will look good and to avoid having a lot of things
   to tweak to get started. Also avoids bad contrasts with the fonts.
