[Resolved] Changing Colour of Event Days

  • hi,
    I really love using my calendar, but I have some questions and was hoping you can help me with.

    1 – When I add an event it provides a link on the mini calendar widgets, which is what I wanted, but it is the same colour as a day without an event on. My customers won’t know there is an event on that day.

    I would like to know how I can change the colours of the days with the event on it so they stands out and tells my customers as a glance there is an event on the day and they can click on on the day to get the details.

    Thank you

    That is usually inherited from your theme, so you probably need to add custom styles so that those links will have a unique appearance. I can’t make any specific suggestions without seeing your site.

    thank you. My site is http://www.mickisdesign.com so I have do install a certain plugin to change all links separately??
    Thank you agian

    You can add these styles to your My Calendar styles (My Calendar > Style Editor) and you’ll get a more visible background:

    td.has-events, td.has-events a { background: #ffa!important; }
    td.has-events:hover, td.has-events a:hover, td.has-events a:focus { background: #fff!important; }

    If you want to change the color, use the ‘color’ attribute instead of the background attribute.
