Changing Color of Footer?

Hey there,
I set the theme color to blue, but the footer stays black. Is it possible to change this inside the options of the theme? I can’t find any point to do this. Or do I need programming for this?

Please add this additional custom CSS :#colophon { background-color: #f00; }you can use any custom color according to your choice. Thanks.
