    Good afternoon WordPress World

I am new at this so please keep it simple.

I am using the ScoutIT theme for my website, and have done some considerable updates to the theme.

I have now come to a little stumbling block where I want the background images to change by template. I believe this can be done in the CSS file, but I do not know what to add, in either the template php file, or in the style CSS file. Please could someone help me out.

    Templates I currently have are:

    section-jamboree.php
    section-disney.php

It’s not so easy to advise without seeing the site. However, if you use your browser developer tools, or Firebug in the Firefox browser, you can view your code.

The body element will usually have page specific classes that you can use as the selector for your CSS rule.

To add the background you need to look at the background property. If you search online for that you’ll find some easy to understand tutorial for how to achieve it.

Add your custom CSS using a plugin for that purpose or use a child theme.
