• Hello,
I created my wordpress website using free hosting from uhostfull.com and since then I have been using the subdomain ‘ezyshoppinggy.uhostfull.com’ to access my website. Recently, I purchased the domain name ‘ezyshoppinggy.net’. I would like to change the universal domain name for my wordpress website so that for example, when on a sub directory page the address bar will read ezyshoppinggy.net/contact-us instead of ezyshoppinggy.uhostfull.com/contact-us. I pointed my domain’s A record to the IP of the web hosting server and also changed the site url and home url of my wordpress website, nothing worked. Can you give me a step by step process on achieving this? Thanks.

That is a very long instructional and I’m not too sure which part of it would apply to my situation. I think that instructional is base on moving to a domain with hosting behind it. My newly registered domain ezyshoppinggy.net has no hosting behind it, it’s just a domain by itself. So can you please suggest which part of that instructional I would need to use or list me the steps here. Thank you.

If you want to use wordpress the way that you instructed in your first post, you will have to have hosting with ezyshoppinggy.net unless you are just redirecting.
