    Hi all,

I’m having an interesting and confusing issue on a site that was built by someone else and I’ve recently taken over management. It’s in development.

I’m getting a changeset_post_save_failure error whenever I try to make changes to the Customizer. Changes are not saved and/or carried across to the front end. Another issue I noticed, which I’ve been able to get around by manually updating, is that I could not perform a one-click update of the WordPress core. Not sure if this is related or not.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and changed to standard themes, but the same issue occurs. I’ve also tried increasing memory, changing PHP versions and a few other things, but it’s got me stumped, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Paul.

    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this issue? I still haven’t been able to fix the error.

    Cheers,

    Paul

    The same problem is here.
I changed all wp files, but the problem is still present.
I paid attention my DB reached limit, so I emailed to my hoster and asked them to upgrade my account.
Still waiting for thier answer, but I am almost sure the solution is DB limit.
Try to ask for help your hoster.

Yes, the reason is DB limit.
    Here is my hoster answer.

The reason for the error is indeed because you have reached the size limit for your MySQL database and as such no further writing to it is possible.

This problem can be resolved in three ways:

    1. You can try to optimize your database, either through our Database Manager or through phpMyAdmin in order to free up space without any data loss.
    2. You can remove any unnecessary database entries in order to bring your database space usage down.
    3. You can upgrade to a our Max Pack plus plan, which provides UNLIMITED database quota.
