    Whenever a user is trying to checkout (store checkout), this small window popups saying

    “changes you made may not be saved”

    Do you have any idea how not to have this?

    Steps to replicate

    go to shop (https://dev9ottibu.tk/shop/)

    add a product and click ‘checkout’ button on mini cart icon

    checkout with stripe test credit card 4242….

    Hello @futureyoon,

    Please check if a plugin conflict is causing this issue, disable all other plugins except WooCommerce, CartFlows, page builder, and Stripe payment plugin and see if this issue resolves, next, enable plugins one by one to know which plugin is causing the conflict.

    I have gone through the recommended steps and found out that it’s buddyboss platform plugin (especially forum components).

    I have talked to buddyboss support team, it is caused by cartflows…

    Are you able to fix that?

    Thank you for going through the debugging process.

    As I can see on your website, the Buddyboss plugin is causing an interference on the CartFlows checkout page.

    I’m not sure how CartFlows is causing the issue here.

    Can you please kindly ask Buddyboss team to double-check this? Let them know that this is happening on an CartFlows checkout page.

    I have already talked to buddyboss team, the support team told me to turn off cartflows. it’s a cartflow issue so cartflow team has to fix it and buddyboss will not take the action on this.

    I have no where else to go. no one is responsible for this faulty behavior… Sigh…

    this is the chronocle event from buddyboss over the same issue.

    I reported the issue whereby there seems to be an compability issue between cartflows and buddyboss and i shared the same demo video with them.

    Thank you for your patience. I have deactivated the  Cartflows and Cartflows Pro plugins.

    My reply to this, i was mad at them.

    Im having the issue between cartflows n buddyboss. Thats the whole point. 

    You deactivated cartflows? Thats it? What a solution that took you 5days to come back with…. I dont need support team to tell me to deactivate it. 

    Arent you supposed to find out what from buddyboss forum function causes the issue in cartflows and how to go around it.

    Thank you so much for your patience. I apologize for the delayed response from my side and also for the support experience you got from my side. First of all, the cartflows and cartflows pro is a third-party plugin.

    that’s why i issued a ticket here to get this solved. Please help on this issue or at least work with buddyboss team to address this issue.

    I have installed the latest BuddyBoss platform to replicate the issue but the checkout works fine, do I need to enable any settings to replicate the issue?

    Thank you for checking this out.

    1st of all, these are the basic plugins and seetings to test

    • buddyboss / buddyboss pro + turn on all the components of buddyboss especially forum
    • buddybosss theme
    • woocommerce
    • elementor/elementor pro
    • stripe payment + testing account and credit card (42424242…)

    2nd, you need to import the checkout page from cartflow.

    3rd. you must modify the checkout page that you just imported with elementor. simple modification like add a space and delete back the space as long as elementor shows ‘save/update’ > then save

    4th, you come back to frontend of checkout page, try to check out with payment > you will see the popup saying “change you made may not be saved”

    Thanks for the detailed explanation. I don’t have BuddyBoss / Elementor PRO plugins available, I will try to replicate the issue with the free versions of plugins as you suggested and update you with my findings.
