Changes to site not showing when I'm not logged in as Administrator

    When I’m logged into the Dashboard, I see all my updates and changes, but when I log out to see how the rest of the world would see my site, it’s not the same. How do I fix that?

    Do you have a caching plugin installed? If so you might need to clear out the cache.
    You may also need to clear your browser cache.

    I cleared my browser cache, I don’t believe I have any caching plugin, how would I know? I went through all my settings and plugin settings, and no option to clear cache anywhere. I’m totally at a lost with this one. Help!!!
