changes made are not changing on mobile

My mobile changes are not changing when I have edited copy, and theme settings.

Everything online says its a cache problem, I’ve cleared my cache for my wordpress, and then I also deactivated and reactivated the plugin. I was messing around with my theme and changed it to dark mode, it looks horribly cheesy and upon changing it back to light mode, It did so for desktop but not mobile. I also restarted my network settings on my phone and cleared my phones cache. I do not know what else I can do but it looks horrible and I have never had this happen since having my site. Help!
