 * Hi,
 * I’ m admin of `www.gizest.com`. Few days back I have made some custom changes
   in my WordPress source codes from root directory using FTP. Few days later I 
   got a WordPress update notification but I does not taken any attempt to update
   it. Do updating my WordPress remove my modification.
    Is their any way to backup
   it?

 * What did you change?
 * Modifying WordPress files directly is a mistake and makes your site unsupportable.
   Unless you have a full back up of both your files and database then there is 
   no way to roll back.
 * Do you know what modifications you made?
