 * Hi,
 * first of all great job team.
    i am just using this plugin and it is great plugging
   but now i have some query, suppose i wanna to show 3 fields of the form in Page-
   1 and now i wanna to show 2 fields of same form in page-2 then how can i show
   like i wanna show like below if i am using contact form:
 * Home Page
    Name: Contact: Address
 * Contact Page
    Name: contact
 * So in contact page i just want to show only 2field.
 * and can i connect my field with social media.. means if i have a headline title
   and wanna to show in facebook post then it can be possible.
