Changes

Hello Jeff,
I really enjoyed the greatness of this plugin before, was hoping you would come out with some pro features that we could reward your work by purchasing some finer plugin details.
However, these new changes I have found difficult. In fact I did not even know what the heck had gone on because I did not see the simple configurations it used to have.(Did not pay attention to recent update)
I had to deactivate it because I think it may be to blame for deactivating 8 other plugins without notice or error messages.
It does have its own file: /wp-content/mu-plugins.
Do you have any idea what I may have done to have the other plugins deactivate?
