Changelog for new version 0.4.0 ?

    I added the upgrade information to the readme.txt file, no idea why it is not appearing on wordpress.org. Anyway here is the changelog:

    target=”_blank” is deprecated, replaced with javascript fallback

    Thanks for your quick reply, jp – this problem seems to have affected a few WP plugins this week.
