Changed webhosts images disappeared

I just changed web hosts and the images that I uploaded through the media library are not showing up. They did at first but I changed the the media settings so the images save to the right place. After I did that all the images disappeared. Do I have to go in the media library and update the links one by one? Or is their another way I can fix this?
