Changed URL on Internal Training Site. Cannot access wp-admin login

The URL to our Intranet Training Site was changed and saved to ‘http://brother.hood/.’ Now the site directs to a ‘This site can’t be reached’ error when trying to login as admin.

The site still works using the IP address but the theme looks completely different, very basic.

I’m not sure how to proceed since the site is is internal only. I was not the one to set up the site, so I have no idea what hosting service is being used, if there is one at all. I’ve read a couple articles about using cpanel or php to fix it, but I have no idea where to find them or how to go about accessing it.

Please let me know if there is any way to fix the site URL and restore my admin access. Any help would be appreciated!
