Changed URL now can't log in…

I went into the General settings and changed the URL and now I can’t access the correct log-in page. It was http://50.87.50.55/~seattme3/wp-admin and now that directly forwards to http://seattlerealtyinvestment.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F50.87.50.55%2F~seattme3%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 but I can’t use the same log-in.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks so much!
