Try setting the urls back with one of these methods:

@nelsonbostrom: If you changed from domain.com/test to domain.com then you will need to move your WordPress files from public_html/test to public_html/.
Does this have to be done through my hosting provider’s side (e.g., BlueHost)?
I can’t even get into wp-admin section of my domain by just typing that into my browser.

Try it by using FTP or the file manager your host provides.
When you want to change the WordPress URL, you also have to physically move the files and folders to match to the new location. So if you had it in a folder called /test before, then you need to move the WordPress files and folders out of the “test” folder.
To be able to change the URL setting manually since you can’t get into wp-admin, you can edit it with these instructions from a Bluehost article:
