 * Could you help me with my site. I changed the URLaddress on the settings on my
   wordpress and I can’t access my site anymore. I am not using any wordpress application
   and only editing online through browser. does anyone knows a workaround?

 * One simple solution is to try it with the new URL that you entered.
    Other solution
   can be through database. Do you have access to mysql or phpmyadmin?

 * Hi esmi, that’s the same link I am reading. But I have no idea on wp-config.php
   and how to edit this. I can’t access the site via ftp as well 🙁

 * I can’t access it to the link I made. I don’t have access to mysql and phpadmin.
   I checked the site as well but I don’t know how to have the function.php. I am
   just new in this thing and didn’t know i shouldn’t change the URL. 🙁

   your site using FTP?

 * You have a self-hosted WordPress.org blog. This being the case, you _must_ have
   FTP access. If you don’t know your FTP access details, then you need to contact
   your host.

 * thanks so much for the help. I used file manager to edit my functions.php as 
   instructed in the links you gave. I can access my site again now.
