changed to dedicated IP and lost access to dashboard and site (2 posts)

    I changed to dedicated IP today and can't log in to Dashboard, just keeps reloading login page. Bluehost can't replicate, though it happens on two computers using Chrome, IE, and Mozilla. In fact, I can't bring up my site at all because I get a weird Bluehost page saying View Temporary Site that also just keeps reloading. I suspect I need to fix something in the files, but what and in which file?

    If you changed your IP then it can take several hours for DNS caches to update. Most likely you just need to wait. But if you're still having problems, provide a link to your site so others here can test it too.
