  • This is a student blog for a documentary studies program – I inherited the running of it but don’t have a ton of technical know-how. One of the categories used to be called “Approaches and Issues” and is the first thing seen at the top of the home page. The name of the course was changed, to “Documentary Perspectives” — I went into Posts, then Categories, and changed the name. Now the homepage says “not found,” but the posts are all there if you click on “documentary perspectives” on the top bar with the other categories.

Any help would be so much appreciated! Thanks!

  • From the admin section click on Appearance, then Editor…

You’ll see a list of files down the right-hand side, if you have a home.php file listed, can you copy the code from that file (“if not, then index.php”), and paste it into here..

Once you’ve saved it on the paste bin site, copy the link and post it back here…

My guess at this stage is the category name has been hard-coded into the home/main page query..
