Changed site description in General Setting now can't access admin & site broken

Thanks for reading this.

I edited the site description in General Settings and added an “=” … “Inspire = to breathe in” Anyway, I saved the new settings and refreshed the page and now the website appears broken with no theme or layout and I can’t access my admin page to login and correct the problem, which I’m assuming was my edited settings.

When i now click on “admin” from http://www.inspirationhub.net the link takes me to page saying “server not found” … this is the URL that I am taken to: http://inspirationhub.nethttp//inspirationhub.net/wp-admin/options-general.php?updated=true/wp-login.php

Any help fixing this would be deeply appreciated.
