# Changed Permalink

 * hi,
    I changed my permalink (added www), but now there are just 5 pages index
   in goolge with new permalink structure (with www), and still there are 69 with
   old structure (without www)
 * here is my old permalink structure [http://mobile-phones.org.pk/](http://mobile-phones.org.pk/)
   which has got most of my pages indexed, but here is new permalink structure [http://www.mobile-phones.org.pk/](http://www.mobile-phones.org.pk/)
   which has got just few pages indexed. any solution please.
 * actually i wanted to redirect all requests from [http://mobile-phones.org.pk/](http://mobile-phones.org.pk/)
   to [http://www.mobile-phones.org.pk/](http://www.mobile-phones.org.pk/), as i
   am using Windows web server, so .htaccess file is not working to redirect.

 * i changed the permalink structure through setting. i did not change wp-congig.
   php or functions.php.

 * You can’t add `www` to a permalink structure.

    this is how i did it,–>Setting–>General–>Site Address
 * just added www there.
