# Changed owners 2FA

 * President of the company left 2 years ago and did not relinquish 2FA control.
   Fortunately the account was registered with an email address at company, but 
   2FA was to president’s phone. When logging in, the system would always send 2FA
   notification to the phone on file, which we did not have access to. Working with
   support, we were able to access the account by presidents old email, but still
   could not change the 2FA. Finally found that when signing in, there’s an option,“
   No longer have access to this device” which allowed us to reset the 2FA phone
   number. We have access to the account again!
