Hello, i acidentally changed the URL settings from my WP Dashboard and now can’t access the dashboard to correct the error. I’ve followed the steps listed here https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL but it doesn’t seem to have worked.

I notice this text in the instructions, <“The “Site Address (URL)” setting is the address you want people to type in their browser to reach your WordPress blog.
The “WordPress Address (URL)” setting is the address where your WordPress core files reside.
Note: Both settings should include the http:// part and should not have a slash “/” at the end.

Every once in a while, somebody finds a need to manually change (or fix) these settings. Usually this happens when they change one or both and discover that their site no longer works properly. This can leave the user with no easily discoverable way to correct the problem. This article tells you how to change these settings directly.”>

Pretty much sums up my issue. I followed the steps of “changing the URL in the database”. I built my new site as and left the current one up while doing so, . In steps 9-11 should i enter the http://www.emwf.org site URL or http://www.emwf.org/Redesign where the new files are and what i want the public to see?
Would i then enter http://www.emwf.org in steps 15-16?
right now both are listed as http://www.emwf.org/Redesign

Any help is greatly appreciated as i’m brand new to WP and most of this back end stuff.
