Changed my theme and now have blank admin/blog page

    I updated my blog to a different theme and now have a blank blog website and a blank wp-admin log in screen. Any advice on how to get back to my admin login and dashboard?

    Using FTP, you can deactivate that theme – which should let you login again – if you don’t have FTP set up, ask your hosting company for help with that – once you do, find your theme’s folder here:

    wp-content
     themes
         your-theme.HOLD (this is whatever theme you have active)

    That will force WP to use the default theme.
