Changed logo not working on some devices.

I changed my logo in my header to show my location and phone number. When I uploaded it, certain devices were showing an old version in repeat format and some devices were showing the new logo. I had other people in different places checking it so it wasn’t a matter of clearing cache etc..

I then renamed the new one to match the old. Did not help. Then I completely removed the old one from the media page in my site. That removed the repeating old one from all devices and left the new one on other devices intact.

Devices working: desktops and some laptops, my iPad

Devices NOT working: any smartphone, iPad mini and some laptops.

I am new to all this so I could really use some direction. I am using “Big Foot” theme from TBH.
