Changed Links not showing up on page

I have a custom WordPress page where I have Links on the right side panel. I have a section on my dashboard for entering in these links and I was initially able to place three links on the page. Problem is, one of the link’s URL has changed, so I edited the Links section on the Dashboard to reflect the new URL, but when I open the WordPress page and click on the link text it still goes to the old URL. In other words, the Dashboard shows the changes to the Links, but the WordPress page does not. I’m not a WordPress expert so I don’t know why this is happening or how to change it. Any help would be appreciated.
