Changed http to https and can’t access my admin panel

if you are able to access the database for your (localhost) environment – then the issue can be fixed in the OPTIONS table.

if you are not able to access your database (maybe in an area like phpmyadmin or adminer) in your (localhost) environment or in any of the other ways described in the guide, then it may not be possible to change the site url back to the original settings
